Venue Rules & Policies

Please read before booking to ensure you are aligned with and agree to our policies. These guidelines help us provide a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone.

Event Types & Guidelines

  • Our retreat is designed for events that emphasize elegance, tranquility, and sophistication. We welcome the following types of events:

    Media Production | Photo Shoots | Corporate Retreats | Family Celebrations | Wellness Retreats | Educational Events | Elegant Gatherings and Intimate Celebrations

  • We do not host events that are rowdy, overly loud, or chaotic. All gatherings should maintain a serene, peaceful atmosphere in alignment with the surrounding environment. We prioritize thoughtful, respectful events that ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Noise & Music Regulations

  • Noise Levels: Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable volume (ideally not exceeding 70 dB(C) outdoors) between 7 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

  • External Equipment: The use of external sound systems, live bands, and DJs is not permitted.

  • Bluetooth Speakers: Small Bluetooth speakers are allowed if used at a reasonable volume for background music. Rental speakers are available for $10/hour.

Alcohol, Smoking, Pets & Behavior

  • Alcohol: Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval. Exceptions may apply for corporate and family events.

  • Excessive Drinking: No excessive drinking is allowed. If alcohol is permitted, we expect all guests to drink responsibly and arrange for a designated driver.

  • Guest Behavior: Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. All guests must respect the property and each other.

  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in front of the house is not allowed.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property, except for service dogs and media production pets. However, pets are not allowed in the pool to maintain a clean environment for all guests.

Pool & Safety Guidelines

  • Child Safety: Children must always be supervised. We strongly recommend hiring lifeguards for events involving children.

  • Baby Policy: Swim diapers are mandatory for children in the pool. Regular diapers are not allowed.

  • Glass Policy: Glass containers (including bottles, jars, and glassware) are not allowed near the pool for safety reasons.

  • Nudity: Nudity is not permitted in or around the pool. All guests must wear proper swimwear.

Guest Count & Ticket Sales

  • Guest Count: All attendees, including staff, count toward the guest limit. Lifeguards are exempt. The individual who made the booking must be present upon arrival.

  • Ticket Sale Policy: Tickets cannot be sold for events at Oasis Retreat. All guests must be invited by the host and must be known to them.
    Exceptions: Wellness and educational events may sell tickets, but these must be approved in advance.

Decorations & Event Setup

  • Decorations: Decorations are allowed around the pool area, but confetti, glitter, water balloons, and streamers are not permitted.

  • Event Setup: Setup and cleanup times must be factored into your booking. Please ensure your guests arrive and depart within the scheduled time.

  • Cleanup: You may purchase a garbage removal service. If not, all trash must be removed from the property at the end of the event. Garbage bags will be provided.

Safety & Liability

  • Damages: The guest is responsible for any damages to the property, including repair or replacement costs.

  • Liability: Guests use the pool and all amenities at their own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses.

Accessibility & Special Requests

  • Accessibility: If you or your guests require specific accommodations, please inform us in advance to ensure a comfortable experience.

  • Special Requests: Requests for special arrangements such as changes to guest counts, extended hours, or other adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Commercial Use & Media Production

  • Photos & Videos: Commercial use or distribution of content created on the premises without prior permission is not allowed.

  • Photo/Video Shoots: For custom pricing on photo/video shoots, please contact us. Rates start at $300/hour.

    • Two multipurpose rooms are available for make-up, changing, and equipment storage.

    • The garage allows for easy transfer of equipment.
