    Oasis Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests in an elegantly designed space that balances intimacy and openness. The versatile layout easily adapts to both formal dining setups and relaxed lounge areas, ensuring your event is tailored to your specific needs.

  • Table Settings & Styling

    Our all-inclusive table styling packages are designed to create a seamless and beautiful setup. From basic to premium, our packages include elegant floral arrangements, linens, candles, and complete table settings with dinnerware, glassware, and flatware.

  • Food & Beverage

    We welcome vendors and outside catering, allowing you to curate the perfect dining experience. For those who love to grill, we offer a BBQ rental for onsite cooking. While our kitchen is not available for rent, we are happy to assist with warming food in the oven or storing perishable items in the fridge or freezer. To keep your refreshments cool, we can store a limited number of beverages in our fridge, but we recommend bringing a cooler for added convenience. Please note that alcohol is only permitted with prior approval, and all beverages must be in cans, plastic, or cartons. For added convenience, early drop-off and late pickup of items are available for a fee starting at $50. Feel free to contact us for more details or special requests!

  • Music & Ambiance

    To create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, background music is allowed, and small Bluetooth speakers may be used. For your convenience, we also offer Bluetooth speakers for rent. However, to maintain a peaceful environment, DJs and outside music equipment are not permitted. We kindly ask that all guests keep music and noise at a reasonable volume out of respect for our neighbors. To ensure a tranquil setting for all, music volume should be lowered by 8:30 PM.

    Enhance your event with a variety of entertainment options, including tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. For a fun-filled summer day, we also offer cornhole, horseshoes, and other games. Our recreational activities are designed to suit your specific needs and add excitement to your gathering.

    Enhance your event with premium amenities such as BBQ rentals, a fire-pit setup, and portable Bluetooth speakers. Additionally, ensure your gathering remains sheltered and stylish with our range of tent rentals—from compact gazebos to elegant high-peak frame tents. Please note that all these amenities are available for an added fee.

    Our professional team offers comprehensive event coordination, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and hands-on assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly. Lifeguard services for pool safety are also available.

    For your convenience, we offer a private restroom and a versatile changing room, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. An indoor lounge is also available for an additional fee, providing extra space and comfort.

  • Ambiance & Lighting

    For added atmosphere, enjoy our illuminated pool and evening lighting throughout the venue, creating a sophisticated and tranquil environment as the day turns to night.
