  • Will someone be home to greet guests?
    Yes, the host will personally greet you, provide a brief tour, and cover important housekeeping and safety details. After booking, you will receive the host's direct contact information, along with additional details on parking and access.

    How many parking spots are available?
    Our driveway accommodates up to 9 cars. Additionally, there are 4 parking spots available directly in front of the property on the street. For larger gatherings or events, there is a nearby parking lot, located just 100 meters away (approximately a 1-minute walk).

    Are there specific parking guidelines?
    Yes, while street parking is available, we kindly ask that you park on the south side of the road, adjacent to Oasis Retreat. Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties to maintain positive relationships within the community.

    How is the guest count determined?
    The guest count includes every individual attending, such as event staff, vendors, and guests of all ages. Lifeguards are not included in the guest count. Please notify us of any changes to the guest count prior to the event to ensure appropriate accommodations.

    Are ticket sales allowed?
    Ticket sales are allowed for events held at the property, such as wellness retreats or educational sessions, provided they have prior approval. Reselling tickets is prohibited.

    What happens to lost items?
    We will notify guests of any found items and hold them for the season. Any unclaimed items at the end of the season will be donated to charity.

    Are pets allowed?
    Pets are permitted for media production purposes or for guests with service animals. Pets are not allowed as part of events or bookings outside of these exceptions. Additionally, pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area at all times.

  • Are floaties provided?
    We provide floaties for your use, but feel free to bring your own. We also supply an electric pump. Premium floats are available for an upgrade.

    Can I rent tables, chairs or tents?
    Table, chair and tent rentals are available upon request. Please inquire for further details regarding setup and pricing.

    How is waste managed?
    As this is a residential property, a fee of $4 per guest applies for trash removal. If you prefer to handle waste disposal yourself, you are welcome to do so to avoid the fee.

  • Can I advertise the property for my wellness events?
    Promotion of the property can be done by scouts, individuals sharing with their friends, or for approved wellness and educational events. Please note that content creation outside of official imagery is not allowed for marketing purposes. For events such as wellness retreats or educational sessions, images from our official site may be used for promotion.

    Are third-party vendors allowed?
    Yes, third-party vendors are welcome, including caterers, balloon artists, and face painters. However, vendors providing tables, chairs, and tents must be supplied by us for an additional fee.

    Are sleeping accommodations available?
    We do not offer sleeping accommodations at the venue. However, for an additional fee, we provide access to a private indoor lounge and a versatile multipurpose room, ideal for work, makeup, or wardrobe changes.

    Is the venue private?
    Yes, our venue offers a high level of privacy, ensuring a secluded space away from neighbors and the main residence.

    Are there security cameras on the property?
    Yes, security cameras are positioned in areas overlooking the pool, backyard, and entry points for safety and security purposes.

    Can the camera overlooking the pool be turned off?
    We can make exceptions for religious reasons and turn off the camera overlooking the pool upon request. Please inform the host in advance if this is necessary.

  • What decorations are allowed?
    Decorations are welcome; however, please refrain from using confetti, glitter, water balloons, streamers, or strings in the pool area.

    Do you provide decoration services?
    Yes, we offer a variety of decoration services available for an additional fee. These include:

    1.Table Settings: We provide various table settings, from casual setups with tablecloths and centerpieces to more elegant arrangements with silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and additional decor elements.

    2. Peacock Chair for Guests of Honor: Beautifully designed peacock chairs are available for guests of honor, such as brides or mothers-to-be, adding a special touch to their seating.

    3. Decorating Assistance: We offer a decorating assistant to help set up in advance, ensuring everything is arranged to your satisfaction.

    Can I drop off items outside of rental time?
    Yes, early drop-off and late pickup of items are available for a fee starting at $50. Please inquire for further details.

  • Is there access to a kitchen?
    The kitchen is not available for rent. However, if you need to warm food in the oven or store perishable items in the fridge or freezer, we are happy to assist.

    Can I bring my own food or catering?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food or catering, and we also offer a BBQ rental for onsite cooking.

    What are the beverage policies?
    Alcohol is not permitted unless previously approved. We can store a limited amount of beverages in our fridge; otherwise, please bring a cooler. All beverages must be in cans, plastic, or cartons.

  • What are the noise level expectations?
    Please respect our neighbors by keeping music and noise at a reasonable volume.

    Can I play music at my event?
    Small Bluetooth speakers are allowed, and we also offer Bluetooth speakers for rent. However, DJs or outside music equipment are not permitted.

    What time does music need to be lowered?
    Music volume should be reduced by 8:30 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.

  • Is there a changing room available?
    You can use our multipurpose room or restroom for changing. For larger events, we will provide a portable changing room near the pool.

    Is there a restroom available?
    A private restroom is available within the main residence, accessible through dedicated patio doors.

    Can I add extra restrooms for my event?
    Yes, additional portable restrooms can be arranged for your event. For gatherings with over 50 guests, we recommend adding extra restrooms for your guests' comfort. Each additional restroom can be arranged for a fee of $400 with advance notice.

  • What if the weather is bad on the day of my event? If heavy rain or severe weather is forecasted, you can cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice. You will receive a full refund.

    Can I get a refund if I need to cancel for personal reasons? Yes, if you cancel more than one month before your event, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks of the event, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

    Do you offer backup dates in case of cancellation? We don’t provide backup dates. This ensures that all our guests have the opportunity to book available dates. If your event is affected by severe weather, you can reschedule based on availability or receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice.

    How do I request a cancellation or refund? To cancel or reschedule your booking, simply contact us as soon as possible. We’ll guide you through the process.
